Pricing: The pricing includes the following: Utilities (water and electricity). Internet and Cable TV usage. Towels, bed linen, bathroom toiletries and hairdryer. Tax and fees are excluded. All prices are displayed in the currency outlined on the Confirmation. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment: Reservations should be pre-authorized with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or pre-paid debit cards. In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in all sufficient credit credentials for payment must be provided. When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a pre-authorization will be taken as deposit with CAD$250. The pre-authorized deposit will be cancelled within 5~7 days after check-out. Any applicable guest room charges, and taxes will be placed on the authorized credit card. If determined that damages have taken place at the Hotel by the Guest, the Hotel reserves all right to deduct from the Security Deposit/Pre-Authorization. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest. The Guest hereby also agrees that any lost or damaged keys, remotes, coffee pot, blow dryers, irons, will be replaced at Guest(s) cost and will be deducted. The deposit for lost keys is $50.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Later check-out is unavailable. Front desk opens from 7:00AM to 1:00AM

Reservation: Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. The reservation person must be 18 year older and present a valid photo ID upon check-in. 

Smoking: We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking/Vaping or marijuana is prohibited in all rooms and public areas. If smoking has taken place, an additional sanitizing service will be charged $800.

Pet: Pets are allowed at a price of $25 per pet per night based on available rooms. A pet deposit of $150 is required. Pets must be under 50 LBS. Limit of two pets per room. Pets must be house trained. Pets must be with owners at all times and cannot be left unattended in rooms. They must be leashed at all times in public areas of the hotel. Should it be determined that excessive disturbance or damages have taken place, the Hotel reserves the right to deduct from the Pet Deposit. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Pet Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest and their Pets.

Quiet Time: Please note there is no party allowed at any time. Please lower the voice after 10PM to respect other guests.

Stay Over: If you decide to extend your stay, please advise front desk before 10AM, subject to availability.

Non-registered Guests: Non-registered guests are allowed on the property only with prior approval from Front Desk staff or Management. This privilege is not guaranteed and all unregistered guests who are given permission to visit must leave and remain off property during the hotel Quiet Time, which is after 10PM.

NO PARTYING ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the hotel and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.

All hotel room reservations have a 72-hr cancellation policy. Any changes and cancellations must be made 72-hrs prior 4:00 pm (MT) on the scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations received within the 72-hr period will be marked as a no show and will incur full amount including tax charge to the credit card on file.

Playpen: Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an available playpen , subject to availability.

Extra beds:  People no matter the age stay for CAD 30.00 per person per night when using an available extra folding bed, subject to availability.

Parking: We offer free offsite underground parking, with 6'6" clearance, located in Bear St. Parkade underground floor, beside by Magpie&Stump restaurant.  Duo to limited parking, we can currently only accommodate one vehicle per room on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking availability is not guaranteed. If there is no parking available upon your arrival, please visit the 9-hour free parking located in the Bear St. Parkade above 3rd floor. 

Parking Key Fob deposit $60 is required.

The unloading zone is located on Caribou St.
